Dr. El-Masry is excellent. He really cares about his patients, and he takes his time and listen to all of your concerns and answer every question. The most important part is his staff is also excellent. Most you will have a doctor that’s good but the staff is unprofessional. Excellent staff is a plus.

A reasonably quick sign in by the staff and about a 30 minute wait in an immaculate waiting area complete with flat screen, tv leading to a warm and friendly chat(consult) with a caring practitioner who seems to show great concern over your wellbeing and answers your questions before you even think of them. Couldn't ask for a kinder, gentler practitioner with an "Old School" personal touch to handling his patients. Looking forward to my next appointment, thank you

Dr. Sherif El- Masry, MD. Is always very knowledgeable, and always passionate about patients. His love for people, and what he does best is always spot on. He is extremely detailed oriented.

Had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get Biopsy results.
Maybe should have waited another few days for this follow up appointment for results. Was tiered and stressed waiting
so long for results.
